Hart Parish Council usually meets at 6.45pm on the second Monday of every month except August, when there is no meeting.
Meetings are held at Hart Village Hall on Front Street, and members of the public are welcome to attend.
Meetings 2026 - 12th January, 9th February, 9th March, 20th April*, 11th May, 15th June*, 13th July, 14th September, 12th October, 9th November, 14th December
* April & June General Meetings are in the third week of the month
Members of the public are encouraged to raise any issues, with the Clerk, or a Parish Councillor or alternatively, you may attend the meeting in person

The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council is normally held in May of each year. At this meeting the Chairman is elected and the Auditors are appointed. The Annual Meeting usually precedes the normal monthly Parish Council meeting.
